As a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master, I've worked across utilities, government, health, and education, partnering with stakeholders to turn ambiguity into something clear, workable, and built to last. The work was rarely about documents or systems — it was about people, pressure, responsibility, and change. Requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and business process improvement all come back to the same skill: listening carefully, finding the pattern, and translating what matters into something the team can actually use. That same instinct led me to start Plainsight Partners in May 2026, a digital agency delivering real outcomes for businesses through AI technology. I also run Hara-K Therapy, a private kinesiology practice supporting people through nervous system regulation and stress recovery. Right now, I'm open to part-time and fractional Scrum Master, Agile BA, and delivery-focused BA work.
